☞Alteration Policy☞

Chelseasouko's alteration service is a size-adjusting service of your garments and undergarments purchased at my shop. This service is available, say, when your purchased item no longer fits you after your body size has changed .

(Re-making completely new item is not "alteration".)

① Alteration service available for works produced at CHELSEASOUKO.

・Products of other manufacturers and free items given as a present cannot be repaired.

・General remodeling of clothes such as hemming is not accepted.

 

② Some items cannot be repaired for physical or structural reasons. Please contact us.

 

③ COST:  Service fee + shipping (round-trip) 

 

④ Estimated service fee

・Brassiere: 1000 yen ~ / parts

(Exp: Packing a band: 1000 yen, Enlarging cup sizes: 3000 yen, etc.)

・ Camisole: 1000 yen ~

(Exp: Trimming the length: 1000 yen, changing the width: 2000 yen, etc.)

 

⑤ ALTERATION PROCESS

1 [CONTACT] Please contact me with the details.

2 [REPLY] I will reply you whether or not repairing is possible  (and the cost).

3 [SEND ITEMs] Please send the item to be repaired to CHELSEASOUKO.​

4 [ALTERATION PROCESS] 

5 [RETURN] The finished item is sent back with a tracking number.

6 [PAYMENT] Please pay with the invoice enclosed with the item. 

 

The service fee of 5,000 JPY or more must be payed in advance. If you prefer to pay by card, please do so in advance regardless of the amount.

Chelseasouko's products are designed to  fit your body as much as, and a long as possible.

If you have trouble choosing sizes, please feel free to contact me! And if you find your purchased items less comfortable because of the size, just contact me if an alteration is available.

 

Getting the best fit starts with knowing the correct measurements of your body!

Check your measurements before choosing a size, and the chances of getting a wrong one will be reduced significantly.
