Your shopping directly supports my life and my creative work.
You cannot find any mass-produced things here.
Some items are ready in stock with limited availability. Many other works of mine are not to be reproduced, and resold at all.
Please refrain from cancelling purchases after placing order.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me in advance!
Some models of bras and panties are made to order.
For your best satisfaction, take measurements of your own body beforehand, and give them to me when ordering. All the data is not shown to anyone except me.
The procedure may seem annoying a little bit at first, but after all this you can get one-of-a-kind item made exclusively for you.
Once again, to remind you, you are buying an original handmade item from me!

(2) Select the method of payment, fill out the buyers information, and place order.
For international transactions, you can select "credit card" only.
Please check and pay the total amount including shipping fee.
(3) You'll get an auto confirmation email.
(4) When item(s) shipped, you'll get another email with tracking numbers.
(5) Receive the item(s) and enjoy!
If you should find any problems with your purchase, contact me within 7 days after receiving.
(1) If your order includes "Made to Order" item(s):
(1) Select the item(s) and put into the cart.
For ordering "made to order" items, read the descriptions carefully and give all the necessary information including your measurements.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me before placing the order.
(2) Select the method of payment, fill out the buyers information, and place order.
For international transactions, you can select "credit card" only.
Please check and pay the total amount including shipping fee.
(3) You'll get an auto confirmation email.
(4) You'll get MY reply for confirming your order.
In case I need extra information from you, I may ask in the mail and wait for your answer.
When everything is confirmed, estimated shipping date will be informed to you.
Soon after this I will start working for your order.
(5) Work completed and when item(s) shipped, you'll get another email with tracking numbers.

Please note that custom-made underwear is not returnable or refundable.

[Shipping within Japan]
Domestic shipping fee: 300JPY per order.
The shipping method will be one of the following, and the seller will select it depending on the product size and the presence or absence of bundled products.
In the case of single item orders, as a general rule, the shipping method described in each item description column will be taken.
① Click post (tracked, no shipping-warranty, delivering to your mailbox)
②Yu-Pack parcel (with tracking/guarantee/face-to-face delivery)
[Shipping outside of Japan]
For overseas destinations, shipping fee will be charged depending on the location and the package weight.
Shipping method: International E-Packet by Japan Post (registered, airmail)
With a shipping guarantee up to 6000 JPY.
*According to regulations of Japan Post, the maximum weight of one package must not exceed 2 kg.
The weight of the product is listed in each product description column.
When you put the product in the cart and enter your address, the shipping fee will be displayed automatically.

The delivery takes about 5 to 12 days depending on the location.
If you prefer EMS (faster and more expensive) or SURFACE mail ( cheaper and slower) , please contact me in advance.
No charges for preparing customs documents.
After-sales service
Returns will be accepted if you contact us within 8 days after arrival of the product(s) at hand.
However, we do not accept returns of custom-made items and underwear (due to hygiene reasons) .
Please contact us at any time for repairs after purchase - even if it is underwear.
