Shipping within 7 days after confirmation of payment.

Domestic shipping costs are included in the product price.

The shipping method will be one of the following, and the seller will select it depending on the product size and the presence or absence of bundled products.

In the case of single item orders, as a general rule, the shipping method described in each item description column will be taken.

For addresses outside Japan

For overseas destinations, shipping fee will be charged depending on the location and the package weight.

Shipping method: International e-packet (air freight, registered, by Japan Post)

-Comes with insurance (compensates up to 6000yen per packet)

-Shipping cost varies according to the area and weight.

-Maximum weight for one shipping package is 2kg.

 

The shipping fee will be automatically displayed after putting the product(s) in the cart and entering your address.

up to 200g:750yen, up to 500g:1000yen, up to 1kg:1500yen.

[To Oceania, Northern and Central America, Middle East, and Europe]

up to 200g:1000yen, up to 500g:1600yen,up to 1kg: 2600yen

up to 200g:1300yen, up to 500g:1700yen, up to 1kg: 2400yen

Time of delivery is 5 to 12 days and depends on the location.

If you prefer other shipping method (EMS for faster delivery, or cheaper options with non-registered air freight or surface) , please contact the seller in advance.

​●Return and Private Policy 

１） Return policy
For hygiene reasons, any underwear items, worn or unworn, cannot be returned.

Custom order items are not returnable and refundable. You need check twice before buying. 

(Except if the items should be faulty. In case of faulty item(s), please contact the store within 7 days including the day of your receiving the item(s).

If you wish to return item(s) that is/are not underwear or made-to-order item(s), and is/are in unused condition, the seller does accept returns. Please contact within 7 days.

The return shipping cost plus 500 yen as a return charge should be paid by the customer unless the item(s) is/are faulty.​
